I just bought this truck a few months ago everything seams to be working great except both heated seats light comes on but no heat. Anyone had this problem?

Start with the obvious. Fuses checked and good? Then trace down the wiring and see if power is getting to the connector under the seat. If you're getting power to that connector, it's likely your heaters are shot. My guess is, though, you have fuses blown or something amiss with the wiring. But maybe the heaters are toast.

I checked all the fuses and they all look good. All electrical under seats are good. I had a 1997 BMW M3 heated seats worked great didn't think the heaters on a 05 would be bad already.
