05 Titan.
Symptoms:
No door ajar light when I open the driver side door. Works on passenger door.
No interior light when I open driver side door. Works when open passenger door.
Headlights remain on when I remove keys
No chime when I open the door with the keys in

I just replaced the jamb switch, no joy. Issue has been going on for quite awhile, just now getting around to looking at it.

Does a module need to be reprogrammed to see the switch again?
Quick visual inspection of the harness locally doesn't show any issues. Has already been replaced once before by the dealer.

Any other thoughts?

If it is a king cab (rear suicide doors) you probably have a broken wire in the loom between the rear drivers door and the body. Common problem with king cab trucks.

Mine had the recall done and I still had to solder wires. In fact, over the winter, another wire broke in the harness. I'm actually thinking about finding some high-flex multi-conductor cable and completely replacing the whole section of the harness between the door and body.
