...I'm thinking this must be the windshield but thought I would ask anyways.

2006 Titan CC SE, it's got a clean carfax, so I'm not so much worried that there was any sort of structural damage in its history. The grab handle on the driver's side A-pillar....yesterday it was raining heavily here and I was driving home from work. I noticed a drip from the top part of that handle, right where it meets the pillar. I cannot think of any other way for water to get to that spot inside the pillar other than the top corner of the windshield....has anyone seen this or heard of it before? It was just a couple of drips, a very small amount, but want to fix it now instead of letting it go.

open door and climb on the truck, stand at door and look at roof. there is a chanel and a big glob of sealant at the front end of that channel. I have always worried about that.. i bet it might be a rare to some "known" issue. i say search more, but i would start there.

its on the roof, right above the handle too, so i can image leak coming from roof, making its way down into A-pillar and down to handle.

Funny, there's no sealant at the front of my rain gutters where it meets the windshield molding. Is there supposed to be? I've had my windshield replaced once, and I shined a flashlight there and it looks like a small gap. I have a damp, not soaked, passenger floorboard under the floor mat whenever my truck is parked facing downhill and it rains. I wonder if that's the source. Rear floorboards are totally dry. I pulled the passenger seat and lifted the carpet last time but didn't see any obvious water streaks or traces that would lead me to believe it is from the rear. Definitely not AC, as mine needs a charge and repair so I have been doing the 2 down and 55 cooling this summer.

There is a very known issue with moisture on passenger floor from a HVAC System. Search for that on here, shouldn't be too hard to find. Might even be in the Stickies.
