Cv joints. Sounds like you did everything but the CV joints. A clicking and popping while turning is a classic symptom and easy diagnosis for a mechanic.
Check your undercarriage for thrown grease around the axel and driveshaft. And most importantly, always inspect your boots for rips, cracks, and loose ends. A boot is much cheaper and easier(sometimes) to replace than a whole joint.

A cv joint can go bad without a boot break. Your truck is 14years old. If they weren’t replaced before, and your prob topping 150,xxx or more— highly likely they’re worn
