I have a 07 Titan King Cab that I just realize that sitting in the rear/back seat is too bumpy for my baby and me. Wifey was driving. Anyway, it is 100% stock. I'm planning to put a campershell on it in the future, if that helps. Any suggestions to make the ride smoother or softer is more than welcome without spending too much $$$.

Is it an offroad package or not? If your truck is an offroad package, maybe getting the bilstein rears will help. It feels smoother.

Yes, a camper shell would help...any weight in the bed helps.
Do you plan on hauling stuff in the bed? If not then you might be able to get away with removing a leaf out of the rear pak.
Oh by the way...The stock shocks suck...

Loufish, are you at it again with the stock shocks s*ck? Hahaha! I will admit, when I replaced my stock rear shocks (18k miles) with my new bilsteins, one of the stock shocks were leaking.
