I haven't even heard of minor problems with 08's. I've had mine for almost three months and aside from a missing mudflap screw, i haven't heard of anything else. My opinion is the driveshaft or carrier bearing is bad. Of course the local dealer says all is fine. Nissan consumer affairs has not yet gotten back to me.
