2008 2WD KC, 112k miles


I noticed a grease slick forming on my differential this past week while I was doing the rear pads. What can I look forward to with this?

Pinion seal replacement. Local shop charged me $170 to change it, I think the parts alone were around $40-75 - it was last Fall so the exact numbers escape me.
