Hello.
Have been reading threads for a couple of days and seems you have most if not all answers to my questions, although , everyone is an individual and I believe trucks are the same way.
Having said that, I parked my truck one evening, /08 titan/ and next morning turned over and over but would not start. When I turned the key to the on position, the cooling fan came on. /wasn't doing that before/ then to start and turned over and over but never fired at all. I'd appreciate some help please. Ipdm? Fuel pump? Couldn't hear fuel pump come on. listened through a hose. Thank you

sounds like fuel issue
could be pump but on my 06 i had same situation and it turned out be a pinched wire going into tank and pump

Thanks, but why would the electric fan come on immediately after I turn the key to the on position when it hasn't in the past? Thanks

could be ipdm but i didnt think the 08 was having ipdm issues

Thank you for the reply. Since I posted I've replaced the pump and still no power to the pump. I've looked at the wiring and haven't found any breaks, but will look more thoroughly next. I've read so much about the ipdm causing the pump failure, and was fixing to purchase another one. I'll wait now though. Thanks for your input.
