I am new to this forum but I hope to get some help. I have a 09 titan with 125k that has always run great. Recently when you crank it when cold the engine starts perfectly, runs about 2 seconds and when the engine goes back to idle it shuts off. It will continue to start and shut off multiple times until the engine is warm and then it runs fine. I have had it in 2 shops and replaced fuel pump, ipdm, crank sensor, battery and cleaned all the terminals. What else could it be? I am at wits end.

If you hold the gas pedal, will it continue to run cold? If so Try having the Throttle body cleaned, If no avail have it replaced.
Other than that if holding the pedal does not make it continue to run, I will need more information and data from a scantool.

You really need some codes if you are going to do a DIY fix, like how old is the battery? Why was the stuff you changed done so? Without codes you are just replacing parts and that is the expensive way to go.

Throwing money at a problem without knowing where the problem is, is wasting money. I question any shop that does work that doesn't solve the problem.....you shouldn't have to pay for it. Period. Everything you said was replaced, has a diagnostic procedure that would identify if it was out of spec.
