Hello All,
I have a 2015 Pro 4X, factory Bosch Navigation Head Unit (with Rockford Fosgate). It's time to get rid of the original radio. I do believe I've found an adapter to be able to retain the factory back up camera.
I feel confident there are really good post somewhere on the forum for changing radio's. Can someone lead me to it.
Probably one of my biggest concerns is the the preamp out's for the aftermarket are typical RCA style jacks, which my factory radio does not have.

Thanks for the help.

I am also looking to upgrade the factory head unit for my 2015 w/ RF. After researching online, I have found the Axxess AX-NIS24SWC-6V to retain the oe back up cam. What harness are you using to connect the stereo to the factory harness?

I haven't ordered any adapter to the original wiring harness, I just thought I'd wait until I got the new radio. One thing that concerns me is new radio's seem to have the typical RCA preamp outs. I dont believe the factory unit has this hookup.
Thanks

I installed my head unit over the weekend. Sounds great. Just waiting on the harness to retain backup cam and steering wheel controls to come in Thursday.

Thanks for the reply.
Questions:
Did you retain the RF amp?
What brand radio did you choose?
Thanks
Yes, I retained the RF amp, OE backup camera, & xm antenna. Didn't get a chance to mess with the steering controls yet. It got dark and cold. I went with a Kenwood unit. Install was quick and easy. The harnesses I used were the Metra 70-7552 and Axxess AX-NIS24SWC-6V.

Hey guys, new to forum here and been reading a lot. Quick question. What radio mount kit works and looks best for a double din nav install (pioneer avic w6500nex) on a 2014 titan pro4x crewcab with the the nav bosch unit with RF? The first one i got for free with an order was a total fail (ndk730 american international) and didn't position the radio high enough at all or address the gap.
Also, is this radio considered the “4.3in” or the “w/nav” option when you are doing the vehicle selector on various sites?
