It matter if you have an 08 or not, I believe. If you have an 08 you probably need to go to the dealer and use the consult3. Correct me if I am wrong.

Hello!

I came looking for a "Computer Nerd's Guide to Improving Titan Truck Performance" and this seems to be the place!

I have a 2007 SE King...all stock. I am pretty much at a zero when it comes to being mechanically inclined, but I can repair a computer like nobody's business!

I've read many posts on this timing advance, and for the most part seems to be a good starting point for improving my truck's performance.

My question is this - is the timing advance the best place to start, or should I be looking at intake/exhaust/chip since I assume that there would need to be timing/performance changes to accomodate the new parts?

And..as always...since I cant fix my own stuff...would this interfere with my maintenance/warranty/service contract that I have with Nissan?

Thank you!

Theres no magic chip for these trucks, so if you want serious performance up grades you can start with UpRev @ 700.00, A CAI @ 300.00 and Cat Back exhaust @ 500.00 These three items will transform your truck into something very satisfing.

Good luck
