I just put a CST 7" lift with total chaos upper uniball arms, radflow coilovers with external resi, deaver pack with 1.5" block to level it and rancho shocks to finish the rear on my 07 2wd titan. I have 2 issues. Number 1, I am getting a loud thud when, what feels like, the suspension rebounds. Any idea what that is and how to fix it? And second, I have a pretty big vibration from about 5mph to 45-50mph. Any ideas there? Any help is great!

And I am going to a local offroad shop today to talk to him about limit straps. I think it could be the coilovers maxing out on the rebound. It will do it if I drop off a curb, hit a speed bump too fast, or even a dip if i hit it just right. And I can feel it absorb the initial impact of the obstical I am hitting. I dont get it.

1: check your coil buckets for contact

2: check your transmission mounts

Sounds like the UCA's are hitting the bucket.
