I have 2004 Titan. for the last month or so when i start truck both these light come on for the first few min then go off. the voltage gauge shows about 14 both during and after lights went off so ide know it charging. this past week though when i start it the lights come on and the voltage gauge shows only 12 v so i know its not charging for first 15 seconds some of the time up to as long as 2-3 min before ii see it bump up to 14 ish as it should be again help on this would be appreciated

go to autozone and have the battery load tested, if ok, then have the alternator output checked by them. if ok, you've eliminated the charging system as the issue.
