2004 Titan SE - Condensor Fan Help Please

My condensor fan has stopped coming on when the AC is running. I've done the built in diagnostic test and the fan does work, cycles through the different speeds without issue. I did get the recall "fuse" installed, and yes, the replacement harness was wired wrong from the factory. I had to point that out to the dealer who didn't check it after they installed the recall. Idiots! But recently I noticed it wasn't blowing a cold as usual and I've confirmed, even with a hot engine on a hot day the computer is not telling the fan to turn on. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 2004 Titan SE? I'm guessing there is some other sensor that's gone bad and never tells the computer to kick the fan on.

The on/off high/low speee is applied by the ECM based on AC high and low pressures, engine temp, and outside temps to turn the fan on and off if I remeber correctly?

I don't have the fan operating logic page on this phone. It's uploaded in a thread where @Hntndad and I are discussing adding that very fan to my truck if you search.

I need to check; don't know. The low presure side was running higher than expected but with no AC Condenser fan running I'm not surprised. The system works but doesn't get anywhere near as cold as it used to. I'm positive the condenser fan isn't coming on but if I run the self diagnostic test the fan works.

•What pressure are you getting on the low side and what are you expecting?
•Are you using manifold gauges? Low pressure side has zero effect on your condenser fan.
•Your condenser fan also doesn’t run unless it’s commanded to run by the ECM.
•pressures are read while windows are open, a/c set to max/recirculate and after 10 minutes of run time. Pressure will vary with humidity and temp. The manual is very clear on what the pressures should be at different temps/humidity.
•If your high side pressure is under 226 psi - your fan shouldn’t come on unless your coolant temp is over 212° and you’re under 25mph.
