So I am on my second set of headers 1st ones replaced under warranty. Looking for the best and least expensive way to get them fixed any help?

Depends on what you mean by least expensive. You can buy cheapo replacement manifolds and it will be cheap today. But it will not be cheap four or five years from now when you've done it once or twice more. Long-term, the cheapest fix is long tube headers and uprev to tune out the leanness those will cause.
