Hi All,

I'm looking at purchasing a budget exhaust solution (Muffler and Back) for my son's stock 2005 Crew Cab LE Off-Road edition.

We're just looking for a bit more throaty sound, and a passenger side "Behind the Running Board" single 4" tip.

I'm currently looking at a Flowmaster 40 or 50 or 70 series (and I know, that's highly debatable.. but I have one on my 08 CC, and he likes it).

I've done my research on the inlet size for the muffler (single 2.5" to muffler), but does anyone know if someone manufacturers a pipe that moves the tail-pipe to just behind the passenger running board? All of the standard cat-back and/or muffler swap kits have support for a single rear or dual rear, but none that come out right behind the passenger running board.

Has anyone else found a purchasable kit/pipe to do that?

Thanks!

Nope, you would have to have that custom made, but honestly if your just buying the muffler back, take it to a muffler shop, tell them what you want done and they should be able to do it fairly inexpensive. All of the systems that are sold are going to be catback systems

JBA! Stay away from Flowmaster. JBA is a stainless mandrel bent system that sounds great and not too loud. Fitment is excellent and you cant beat the price. Its best to prepare for headers as the manifolds will crack eventually 90-130K miles usually and you want a system/muffler that works with headers as the JBA is a great one.
