:redblob"

I'm new to the Titan Navigation system. Bought a used 2005 and desperately need to update the Map. What do you recommend in terms of a new DVD to upgrade the map (stock vs aftermarket)? What are the actual choices? How much do they cost? Where to buy?

Thanks!

Sincerely,
Lost.

The normal way is to go to the dealer and let them charge you a ridiculous sum to do it. Or you can download it via a torrent and burn it to a disk.

That's good news!

:google:
So I went to "www.sumotorrent.com" and found the following:

Nissan Infiniti Navigation DVD version 6.6

This should work right? It's something like 7 gigs, which seems a bit large for the standard 4.7 gig DVD. Do you have a site you use?

Forgot about that. You need a dual layer disk and dual layer burner. I don't Torrent.

I found a 2008 version 6.7 for about $60 on ebay. Is that a good deal? I'm getting worried about the torrent thing? Especially cause I don't have a dual layer burner.
How do I find out what "version" my Navigation is? The ebay seller said if I don't have the newer version I might need to buy the firmware update on CD

:ftard:.

Wow, and RIAA is worried about sharing .99 tracks. Whatever, I went from a thomas bros to a garmin I was stoked. I would also seek other means then $200 software, but wouldn't post openly about pirating software.
