2005 nissan titan trailer brakes dont work

i found all the fuses under the hood. even found the 2-10 amp minis under the dash all the lights work but not the trailer brakes put light tester on rear of truck at 7 prong outlet got power to everything but trailer brakes have new hopkins controller installed to factory plug under dash why no power to outlet?
