Hello newbie here. Need a little help. I have an 05 Titan 4x4 that has a bad ECU. The ECU is not communicating with the vehicle and not linking up to an OBDII scanner. Also, when the key is turned to the on position, there is no visible check engine or service engine light. The vehicle will crank over but won't start since the ECU is not sending the signals to send fuel and spark. My questions is this: I can't find an ECU with the exact part# but have found some used with part#'s very close from the same vehicle. 4x4 no flex fuel, no tow pkg. Will these work on my vehicle and will they have to be reprogrammed to work in my vehicle? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

call dealership and ask what ecu you need by providing your vin, i think the ecu was upgraded with different part #

Had the exact same thing happen to me. I ordered online from a place in Texas with my vin number and no programming was needed.

probably already done but check your fuses.
