New to the Titan world and just discovered my heater isn't working (not blowing hot air). After a quick search I found all the threads regarding the issue of the blend door arm either coming out of the slot or breaking altogether.

Does anyone know if Nissan ever addressed this problem as a recall or a warranty repair?

Pulling the whole dash apart and repairing the arm myself is not something I really feeling like doing.

Not a recall that I am aware of. Here is a list of the recalls on the 2006 model.

You may have no other choice... especially if it's clicking.
