2006 Rockford Fosgate Stereo Issue

I have a 2006 Titan with the 6 disc CD changer and the Navigation package. My issue is nothing is working. The screen is there, however, I can't power the radio on or off, I can't select trip mileage, view the map....nothing. The only thing that works is the AC controls on the bottom. Is this a common issue? I have disconnected the battery for two hours and when I hooked it back up the time was still saved and it didn't reset anything. Any tips or suggestions are appreciated.
