If you hear a solid click coming from under the hood every time you turn the key then it's most likely the starter that has failed. The click is the sound of the solenoid engaging, and if that's engaging then you know your relay and ignition switch are both working fine. If this is the case, check the connection between the battery and the starter just to be certain it isn't lose or corroded apart, because that could cause the same symptom. It will be a heavy gauge cable between the starter and battery. Assuming that this wire is good then you need to replace the starter which as dkmura noted, will also include a new solenoid since it is integrated.

If when you turn the key you get no sounds from under the hood, you may be dealing with a failed/failing relay, starter solenoid or ignition switch. Best way to test this is to connect a test light to ground and touch it to the starters solenoid input, which will be the smaller gauge wire going to it. Have someone turn the key inside and see if the light comes on. Obviously take precautions so if the engine unexpectedly turns over or the cooling fan turns on you don't get hurt. If the light on the tester comes on, but the starter/solenoid does nothing, then the solenoid has failed and once again you need to replace the starter. If the light doesn't come on, then the starter and it's solenoid are not the issue.. At this point you will want to check the starter relay and ignition switch.

Chances are though, that the starter has failed. It will progressively get worse until it stops working all together. Carry a hammer inside the truck until you can change it. If it just won't start you can whack it with the hammer and that will usually buy you a few extra starts.
