You can hear the whirling sound from the cabin too. Level of sound directly matches the speed, not rpms. Anyone have a clue what this is? It's really annoying. 2006 with 150k. Here's a link to a youtube video i made.

Firstly, check that there is no foreign object in a wheel well.

There is a shield on the front wheels that is easily bent and can contact the rotors. I've had a similar noise twice before and it was that shield both times. Always after doing front end work, IE brakes or bearings. Hope that's it because it is simple to fix.
