I have a 2011 Titan with the OEM Rockford Fosgate with Bluetooth. I've had my phone paired so that I can make phone calls since I bought the truck. What I'd like to know is, is it possible using Bluetooth to play music on my phone through the system?

Don't think so, I can't on my 2010, that's why the auxiliary plug is down in the corner.

It is not, in factory configuration. I'm about to embark on adding that feature for cheap, and will post a how-to when I do. If I ever get time.

Yes, in 2013 this feature was added. You also have a 4-spoke wheel instead of the 3-spoke like earlier Titans have, and your head unit is markedly different looking, too.

I added a Bluetooth adapter that plugs in the aux and it works well enough. Most phones can connect to both at the same time. Having said that, I am wanting to upgrade the hu and audio fairly soon. Unfortunately there are lots of mediocre choices in the double din market and zero great ones.

This worked good until it broke. Nice and tidy.

This gets the job done and includes back forward and play buttons, but I have lots of issues with it reconnecting to my phone. It's temperamental, and you'll have a mess of wires to bundle up. Don't get this one but something like it.
