Both exhaust manifolds are cracked, called the dealer and they ran the VIN and they were replaced at 78,000 miles, I'm now at 130,000. Don't want to replace with stock if it will just crack again. What aftermarket options do you guys recommend that don't require uprev. If I do have to tune can I just get open source tuned by a reputable tuner?

There is no option that doesn't require uprev.

A friend of mine used the Dorman exhaust manifolds when his OEM manifolds cracked. The quality is low but the price is too. No tuning required.

The general thought is that any OEM-like exhaust manifold is likely to crack due to the inherit design. The primary catalytic converter is too close and causes heat build up. I'm not the one that came up with that theory but it does sound somewhat reasonable.
