I'm not sure I'm fit to post on this one, but I adore chrome.. If I could, I'd chrome the whole damn truck and drive wearing a welding helmet during the day.... The Titan from Naboo!
IMHO, the contrast just looks killer, but if you want to jump on the blacked out trend, go for it, it's your ride.. just be sure to let me know if you plan to ditch that chromed billet grille, I got mine with the same one and mine has seen better days. One of these days as capital allows, I'm gonna start a chrome rescue thread on here, and snap up all the pretties y'all are ditching.. and them sell them back to you when the trend reverses.
But seriously OP, if you change the grille, I want the old one.
