I have a 2012 PRO-4X 70k miles that is misfiring cylinder 6. We have replaced the coil pack, swapped the fuel injectors and replaced the spark plug. Still showing misfire code. I actually put the old coil pack onto cylinder 1 to double check and it is running fine.
we have ruled out
Bad ignition coil
Bad spark plug
Faulty injector
No voltage to coil pack. Reading 13-14V
Any other ideas or has this been a common issue for anyone else?

Do a compression test on cylinder 6 and another cylinder and compare the psi you get. Could have a carbon buildup issue on the valves.

Breaking down and taking it to a shop. I do not have the equipment. I will post the update here.

please do update, curious to see what you get... I don't have any codes for it but I have an occasional misfire on cylinder 3. Cannot feel it at all, but the OEM scan tool reads it here and there on live data. maybe whatever you have going on could be the same as what I have, just not as severe
