I have a 2012 Nissan Titan Texas Edition. When the gas level falls below 1/4 tank, the truck stalls. It is first noticed with turning a corner--which is quite scary because the power steering cuts out and makes for a dangerous situation. I first believed that the gas gauge was off, but proved that is not the case. As the gas level continues to lower, the stalling continues to worsen and the truck dies when coming to a stop at a stop sign. The truck restarts fairly easily.
Any thoughts?

check for a recall on the fuel pump in the tank and gauge assembly
they had a recall on my 2005 for this same issue
