I recently purchased a used 2015 Nissan Titan 5.6. I notice a lot of Titans have a visible electric fan in front of the radiator, (visible through lower grille). My Titan does not have this. Was it an option? Or did the design change in 2015?
Nissan did away with the auxiliary fan in the newer Titans. It was standard equipment, not an option. On my Titan, that fan comes on when the A/C is on or when the engine coolant temperature hits 212 degrees F.
