Hello All,

I installed 295 Duratracks on my truck a couple weeks after 1 purchased it. I do get occasional rubbing on the mudflaps so I was thinking of a small lift kit, I do want to keep the stock rake.

Any issues on a 2017 Pro4X, if I keep it small, and new rear shocks needed?

1. 1.5" front / 1.5" block rear
2. 1.5" front / 1" rear block
3. 2" front / 2" rear block
4. 2" front / 1.5" add a leaf rear *** my favorite ****

thoughts?

Thanks

If you go any higher than 1" in the rear you need new shocks. The suspension is the same for gen1 and gen2 non-XD's, and I needed 2" in the front to level my 2008 Pro4x. Easiest way to see what you need is just measure fender heights front and back, subtract difference.

Thanks, I did see some sites warning about new rear shocks over 1", maybe I will do 1.5 front & 1 in the rear.

I currently have a 1" block in the rear with Bilstein 5100's and haven't had any issues.

The guys at NissTech.com said that they have seen no issues with 2" front / 1.5" rear, including the 2017 Pro4X. I guess for 200$, I can try it and see how it goes.

I went with a Pro Comp 2.5" level up front and 1" block in back. According to the tape measure it's perfectly level.

I just installed the Nisstec 2"UCA/1" block. I also have about 300 pounds of tools in the bed in this pic
quick question - are these the stock tires with just pro4x wheels instead? I have the SV that came with it looks like these tires but regular SV wheels - I like the pro4x wheels and wondered how'd the truck look with these wheel, my OEM tires and the nisstech leveling kit which this looks to be exactly it, yes?? if so, I'm all over this!!!! going with pro4x wheels would be much cheaper than running new Fuel wheels!! :)

These are stock Pro4x wheels and tires. My truck is a Pro4x, I just took the decals off of the bed.

Cool, are you liking the Nissantec 2", since they are preload, I didn't know if it would stiffen up the ride too much?

It's not a pre-load kit... here is the description.

Fits all 2017 and Up Titan NON-XD
DOES NOT FIT XD Titan's

The use of SPC upper control arms with our 2" top plate spacer in front eliminates coil bucket contact and allows for full articulation of the front suspension.
Retains the factory ride quality

Included in kit:

2- Nisstec 2" front top plate spacers- Easy bolt-on application to your stock coilovers. MAY ONLY BE USED ON STOCK OE LENGTH COILOVERS- Please call us for other applications
1- Nisstec 1", 1.5" block kit for a factory rear ride quality
OR choose 1.5" Nisstec rear Add-A-Leafs for those carrying extra weight in the back or towing applications
** 1" Blocks usually level most Titan's
** 1.5" Blocks or AALs will leave the back of your Titan slightly higher than the front-- NOTE: The condition of your rear leaf springs may change how it sits front to rear... Please call with questions
1- SPC UCA Kit Now with greaseable balljoints

*Add cam bolts in the drop down to your order to fine tune your alignment.

*Parts sent may vary from actual pictures shown

Yeah, I think I got this figured out. The kit they sell w/out UCAs is a preload kit, that rides harsh according to some. The 2" kit with/UCAs (yours ) rides nice and doesn't have CBC since there are new UCAs.

I think that's the one I'm going to get as well, I kind of wish they had a 1.5in UCA kit with no rear blocks added. I really just want to run my stock tires, but hate rake.

Since I don't want to pay for UCAs right now, I will probably go with PRG products ( 3rd Vehicle ).

Mini lift 1.5" front ( topout ) / 1" rear block - No UCAs required. You could just order the 1.5 topout if you want to remove the rake.

Rough Country 2" top mount level $59 (already installed) and I want to add NissTec 1" rear blocks $83 so I have a 0.5" rake as opposed to a 0.5" squat which is what I currently have. $142 compared to $750 for NissTec UGA kit. For that price point you might as well do a full lift kit for not much more...just my opinion.

Following this thread.
I'm new to all this lifting, but it seems what James did is what I'm looking to do with the NissTec. Little more lift and leveling without getting all crazy and messing something up.
