After a long search, I think I can say, here we go again. 
Sheered my TT cable in the hitch. DOH! Popped the fuse for TT turn/brake. Easy to find, under hood marked "trailer turn". However, I also blew the "+" line. THAT I can't find to save my life. Theres a "trailer tow 2" relay that seems to have no power supplied.
I've looked in all the locations mentioned in other threads, (acc pedal/column/bcm area), but to no avail. Anybody have a guess?
