My 2021 SV crew cab has a body vibration that is resonant at about 68 mph. We opened a ticket with Nissan and they sent a representative to investigate. Nissan ended up replacing the tires with Michelins and made sure they were load balanced. This helped a lot but did not resolve 100% of the vibration. Has anyone had a similar experience?

How did you open a ticket and get someone to come and investigate? Through the dealer or did you go straight to Nissan? Thanks!

The dealer ran out of ideas and recommended we call the Nissan support line. They were very responsive and we got a case opened. They assigned a representative to the case and the next time he was in our area, we met, he drove the truck for an hour with us in it. Made some diagnosis but needed to check with the factory for more info, then he recommended the tire change. He was very knowledgeable and I was happy with the speed of response. He didn't promise anything but he made a concerted effort to help. My opinion is that the tires are only part of the problem. But at this point the vibration is so minor, they might call it a characteristic of the vehicle. They did make a statement that this is not a safety issue and the truck was ok to drive.

Update, I had the tires replaced and load balanced, but still had the problem, they checked it again and found 1 bad new tire and replaced it again. This helped but the vibration is still there. I'm not sure what their next move will be.

Theres so many time consuming items to check that dealers tend to usually blow people off..
Tires, rims, rotors, hubs, differential angle, u joints, drive shaft, half shafts, transmission, flywheel, torque converter, harmonic balancer, fan clutch… I’m sure I missed a few..

Try driving a few other trucks on the lot…

Sadly most brands have near empty lots so they aren’t willing to let a person drive them unless looking to buy it. I was at a dealer near me and they only had 6 Rogues and 4 Pathfinders, 0 trucks or cars.
