2inch level kit on top of Rancho lift? Is this possible, will the ride really suffer? It is a 4wd as well.

I'd expect the upper control arm to hit the shock bucket...
Every thing that lowers the shock, to raise the truck allows the upper and lower control arm to travel farther down, and for stock upper arms this means contact...
