A level spacer can give you about 2.5" and not change the ride...You should get the alignment checked after lifting a truck 2" or more...

I have an 2006 2WD Titan. I want to install enough lift to run 33x12.50R17
tires. I would also like for the truck to be level after installing the lift. Looking for the best combo........please help!

Most definitely get the alignment done. It is a must for the toe-in.
Get the 4" CST spindles up front...Nice ride and you will look good clearing those 33x12.50's with no rub issues..
