I have 35-13.5-20 on a -12 wheel and they rub the fender liner in the pinch weld area and the bumper every now and then up front. I have never tried a 12.5 to see if it would stop rubbing up front. You may be good to go with either tire size/width seeing how you are +12talklessridemore said:

I'm gonna get my truck lifted next week. it is gonna be prg products ( 2.5 leveling kit + spindle kit)
with 20 inch +12mm off set wheel.
But I'm not quite sure what size tire fits better, looks better.

How wide of a rim? Offset alone doesn't give the whole pic. But even without the rim width stated, you're better off with a 12.5".
