I have a 6" procomp lift that I want to put 35x12.5 tires under on 9" XD Addict wheels. I am not able to pre-fit the wheels because I live in the middle of nowhere so I need your help. The 4.5" wheel has a -12 offset and the 5.71" wheel has 18mm of offset. This is a 2008 Titan. Has anyone tried one of these wheels? I want a wheel that stays as far under the fender as possible.

The -12mm wheel will stick out more, about 2" more than stock.

The +18 mm will be more tucked in, but will still stick out 3/4 more than the stock 8" width rims. Then with the wider tire about another 1/4" more past the edge of the new rim, (roughly 3/4" past the rim), so you're looking at only 1" total ... past where your stock rims and tires stick out.

So the 5.71" wheel with 18mm offset will definitely fit without rubbing?
I wouldn't say definitely, but they will be much less likely to rub at the pinch weld than one with 4.5" backspacing.

As for the potential for spindle rub, PRG says for stock rims the only bracket lifts, (out of CST, Rancho, FabTech, and ProComp), that can be an issue with wide tires like 325's are the CST's, and the 5.71" backspaced rims only stick in 0.21" more than stock rims, so they will most likely be fine. The tire will also stick past the lip of a 9" about an extra 0.2" compared to a 8" rim. So a total of about 0.4" closer to the spindle, than the same tire on stock rims. But remember the 325s on stock rims clear the ProComp spindles.
