Your only choice is a 6 inch bracket lift or the prg extended travel package that gives about 3

4" lift?
im looking for about a 4" lift to put under my titan but still keep the factory ride the best i can i found 4" lift spindles from cst but it says they are for 2wd and mine is 4wd. would they still bolt up whats the difference between the two?

Check out PRG's web site. Your only option for that little of a lift would be PRG extended travel package
What you are looking for does not exist. The extended travel kit will give what you want but it will be a firm ride and you will here a small popping noise from the front with the coilovers cranked to the max.
What we 4x4 trucks need is a 2"-3" drop bracket lift kit. Add radflows up front with it with little proload and we will have best of both worlds.
Speak with Greg over at PRG and see what he can do. Extended travel is just about your only option available. And while you are speaking with him ask him if he plans on making a 2"-3" drop bracket kit for us 4x4s. If the market is there im sure he would build it.

Rancho's "4 inch" lift is actually a little over 5" of front lift paired with 2 inch rear block. You will be "nose high" by nearly an inch with this. If I were purchasing this kit, I'd also get the C10 deavers from PRG and Have a level riderancho says they have a 4 in lift but who knows it will ride a little rougher but thats what happens when you lift it lift = stiffer
The only catch with the Rancho 4" lift is they do not come with the spacer for the front shocks. You have to purchase their shocks or go aftermarket, like PRG, extended shocks.

Its not that.easy u would have to have a longer than stock but shorter than full 6 inch spindle made which would cost money. The OEM spindles are made for "stock height," and you can lift/ lower them ~2"; why couldn't you make a 4" lift spacer for the Rancho kit, which is just over 5", work? PRG states that the Rancho spindle is the shortest of all the kits.
Nothing..
