I am trying to diagnose a clicking noise and I removed the front propeller shaft again to make sure it wasn't the u joints.
The noise is still there so I switched to 4 lo and I can here the noise a lot going from d to r. My question is when I am in 4 lo it will creep forward but when I give it some gas it revs up and only grabs a little. Is this normal? It feels like when a transmission is slipping. Just want to make sure before I contact the dealer. Thanks.

If the noise is still there after removing the front drive shaft then that proves that it wasn't the u-joints. But it could still be something in the front axle or the transfer case. I know that my 4lo is low enough that the engine does rev up quite a bit for only a small amount of forward motion. That's normal. Beyond that I'm not sure what to tell you other than maybe get someone to walk beside your Titan as you drive. Maybe they can localize the sound more for you.
