4WD Light
When I start the truck and the lights cycle through, I see a 4WD light on the right... then it will go out as with all the others.
But when I put the truck in 4WD that light never turns on. Only the little diagram with 4 wheels light up?
Is that normal? and if so, what is the 4WD light there for?

Very normal. If the 4wd light is on a problem has been detected. If the light is flashing the fluid is hot.
