Hey guys im really confused and cant figure out whats going on.... my 2004 Nissan titan will engage in 4 lo but not 4wd. Diff is good, transfer case is good, c-clips are good.. what am I missing ?

Is the diff and transfer case fluid clean? Dirty fluid will cause this problem.

what is happening thats causing you to think 4hi is not engaging?

fluids are good, when I try to put it into 4 hi the light will blink ounce then stay on. not any sound of it going into 4 hi. It does not feel like its in 4wd. Only back wheels spin

yeah 4hi there shouldn't be any "4hi" lights. only thing that should happen is the front wheels will light up on the indicator next to the mileage. i think if the 4hi light lights up its telling you theres a problem lol
