4X4-B LSD and ABS light on, no engagment

that has happened to me when i drive 300+:dunno: miles to my deer lease. it will sometimes come on and flicker and sometimes stay on. it has to do with an electronic transmission switch which my dealer says is around 500 to fix and not covered by my premium gold extended warranty which is now voided because of my 6" procomp lift kit which has absolutely nothing to do with that switch/sensor. After I stop and turn the ignition off it usually quits. I haven't had it fixed and cannot tell how it affects anything when it happens, in fact, it hasnt happened this season at all.
