There are alot of differences, just the offroad package requires one of the packages amati5 mentioned. Below is from the nissan website as to what is included with the offroad package that isnt standard with the 4x4 option.

Sounds like your dealer is running a scam on you to up the price, telling you that the offroad package is already added to the 4x4 model which is not true at all. Id watch out for him or go to another dealer maybe only to get a second opinion. Sometimes dealers will play those types of games to up the price of the truck creating more profit for them and the dealership. Check the facts on the titan website they are black and white not confusing, id bring that info with you to that BS dealer. Goodluck. Only reason im 100% on that is because when the e-locker is avalible ill be picking mine up and ive done a ton of research as well all did when looking into it, its similar to the rig your lookin at. SE CC 4x4 with RF captian package, offroad, and utility, color: smoke.
