for those of you running 50" LED light bars on your roof it looks like most of the brackets out there available for the Titan is 50". do you think swapping the brackets ie left side to the right side and vice versa would allow an 1" or so on both sides to accomodate a 52" LED light bar instead? looking at the brackets it looks like the bracket bends inward so if they were flipped to the opposite side i'm wondering if that will give the additional clearance or will it look out of place because now it's too wide? thoughts as i'm really intersted in a 52" bar but if this is a no go i'll settle for a 50" LED bar. appreciate the feed back!

I have the RC 50" non-curved brackets and I don't see why you couldn't flip them to get a few extra inches but as Kappa said, it is more than enough light output and I can't imagine the output being noticeable with 2 more inches of LEDs. Maybe you just need yours to be bigger? lol.

i'm not looking for more light output as i know the 50" is more than enough but was looking more on the aesthetics as a wider looking led light bar like a 52"-54" might fit the truck well...especially me being a LWB. the bigger the better right lol  but just got me thinking about flipping sides and if it would actually work or am i compromising the integrity of the bracket? i'll try to find a picture looking straight on to the truck to see how much more it actually bends inward and make a guesstimation from that?

Ive seen these mounts but only on F-150s. Looks like they make the light sit lower and not stupid high up.
yeah, i've been looking for more of the lower profile roof brackets. i don't want the one's that sit up high. i got a hold of Michael from CJD Racing who can make me some brackets for a 52" LED light bar so i might...i might hit him up on that.

50" roof brackets flipping question?

Lol you could always do the window Chanel brackets and install them lower towards the window. But, keep in mind the lower the led light bar the more you might receive a glare on the windshield.

Are you getting glare Kappa? Also, you getting the infamous wind noise?

They don't make a 54" bar. they don't make a 52" bar either. I sell light bars and pods. That 52" includes the length of the mounting brackets that come with the light bar. The bar itself will measure 49.5" up to 51". ALL FROM CHINA.

I only get it when I'm on bad country roads with heavy vibration.

But I'm also on 35" mud tires ... so it can be fixed, however when I turn my music up I hear absolutely no wind noise

^^ This. If the back of your Titan doesn't look like this you're doing it wrong.

i would think so? maybe it's for the guys running their light bar really close to the roof? there's so many trucks out there running roof lights and this is the first time i've heard about glare issues off the windshield. i only thought the common problem was wind noise?

regarding 52" curved light bar looks like this guy just used the Rough Country brackets and had them straightened out to fit his 52" bar!
