Well.... been a bit since I've posted on here but been lurking off and on... quick question for the masses..... setting the fronts on mid perch with no spacer will add little to no lift??? My girlfriend has trouble getting in and out as it is so a huge lift is not advised ... I'd be ok with an inch or so.... and this is for a 2010 4WD LE.... thanks guys... and hey Fish!!!!
Soooo.... 5100s on mid perch no spacer for front... 5125s in the rear no blocks and I should be close to level??? Sounds like I need to find a sale..... lol... so are 5125s better or just go 5100s all the way around?
Go 5100's, 5125's are for a bigger block, they will be too long for stock height. Talk to Mike ORW (off road warehouse) Forum vendor and long time owner and member. He will get you the best price around.
I just ordered the bilsteins, & 2 of each of the parts listed on the previous page. Along with the Moog 08 springs. My question is, does it matter which end of the springs is facing down? On page one it says to put the grey side down, but the Moogs don’t have a grey end.
The isolator that goes on the bottom of the spring, so there is no metal to metal contact.
Install is tomorrow. I have all the other parts, but they need to disassemble the originals to get the isolators to use on the bills.
I managed to get a free install coupon with the purchase of all 4 bills, so I only have to pay for the alignment.
I printed the photos from page one to go over with the installer before getting started. He will probably think I’m a crazy old man, but I don’t want to have to bring it back.
I posted the info below in “parts and accessories,” but I think this section may be more appropriate...
I have a 2008 Titan SE KC 4WD, long wheel base. The truck is loooooong and looked like a 2wd when I bought it. I installed a 6" rough country suspension lift kit 7 years ago...
Hello, I am super new here but I've been doing research ever since I picked up my truck. I have a 2013 SV King Cab 4wd. I am wanting to at least level my truck, but I'm leaning toward a lift at the moment. The truck has 100k miles with 275/70/18 Duratracs. Mechanically the truck is pretty...
I'm not getting any tire wear, but just noticed that my tires aren't the same distance in the fenders. One fits in the fenders nicely, the other clearly hangs out 3/4 - 1".
Is this normal? I'm a little concerned that I've never noticed it before. Either I'm slipping in my old age or something...
