It's been over a week, and he should have been given the tracking number by now...at the minimum.

I received UPS tracking numbers today!
As promised, I have deleted my other thread. I'll clear up the paypal dispute tonight

I would wait to see what is in the package(s) before doing all of that. He could have shipped you bricks.

Maybe threats of going to his CO finally got his attention.
