Lol, so on point. I didn't realize on my first reply to this thread there were so many forum newbies on here. Protect YOURSELF. Trust nobody. I bet I've bought and sold a quarter million online the last ten years. Been scammed twice and got my money back both times since I am aware of my situational exposure. Good luck!

Agreed. Its not the sites fault this guy is a dbag. I really hope the guy that paid either gets his product or his money back.

I sent him a PM asking him to return your money. Maybe he just doesn't have time to ship it. He didn't have time to take photos so it wouldn't surprise me. Either way he should be contacting you.

Don't sound good for ya bro. I know if I sold something that expensive and was too busy to ship it, I would make it a point to at least email you. Hopefully your dispute with paypal will work. Be glad you didn't just send him a check or money order!
