I would wait to see what is in the package(s) before doing all of that. He could have shipped you bricks.

Maybe threats of going to his CO finally got his attention.

I got the kit...well...part of it..
Alot of parts missing, and the shocks are used and one is broke.

Another paypal dispute has been filed. I contacted him again after i got the kit...he was supposed to send me money back but....I get nothing lol

call his local police department and get them involved.

Seen it on a couple other forums and the buyer gets their money back or their parts quick status lol.
