6" Spacers w/ Bilstein shocks question
Just bought the truck, so forgive me for the lack understanding...
I'm considering installing Bilstein shocks (either HD or 5100) all the around. The truck is a 2006 2WD and sits level, which is where I want to keep it. There are 6" spacers on the front that sit between the top of the shocks and the body, and 3 inch spacers in the rear between the strut and axle.
I'm thinking the HD will work fine in the front since I don't need to add any height (and believe a stock sized shock will fit). Is this correct?
I'm also thinking the 5100s are needed in the rear since the 3" spacer extends the length of the shocks.
Am I thinking about things correctly?
