First off, does anybody know if there are any long term side effects to a 2* timing advance on the engine or gas mileage? Any idea how much it costs? I heard that I can get this done at the nissan dealer and just wanted to do a little homework first. Also I really want to get black rims for my truck, 18" preferred and tires, but no lift as of right now. Anybody have any pics or suggestions for me? Thanks again, this site is great!

You should try to do a search, there is lots of info on this.

No negative side effects, I think the throttle response is better, and my mpg went up some. Got mine done free THANKS RB'S titan. So I don't know how much it will cost.

Thanks Helo. Just did a google search and didn't find much. I'm hoping the dealership where I bought it will do it.

There is a search feature at the top of the titan talk page. It is in the blue link next to the new posts. Use the advance search and type in 2* advance. You should get lots of posts to read through.
