Went to the local ORV park a few weeks ago. We watched a built CJ Jeep go through a super deep puddle with ruts. Some kids in an old Suburban tried to go through the same puddle and got stuck (pictured). I wish my buddy would have gotten a video but I had him tie up a tow strap as I didn't want liability for yanking his bumper off (to his credit, he did get it on the tow hook). I thought I could muscle it out in 2wd but dropped into into 4LO and he popped right out.

As I was packing up my straps, my buddy yells out "a Nissan just pulled you out!" as every one else was jeering.

I love my Titan...

With the weak as$ axles on these trucks pulling stuck vehicles is playing with fire. Personally I won't even spin the tires anymore.

Pulling in reverse is bad news, but a properly setup m226 rear axle is plenty strong going forward.
It's the trans mount that worries me.

Sh!t...what good is a truck, especially a Titan, if you can't spin the tires?

That's why I tend to use the winch for most recoveries. It takes longer, but it's more controlled.

Don't know, just feel like I'm living on borrowed time with my axle and especially my orginal radiator.

Lol...that rig ain't even broke in yet
Yeah I know, I'm definitely waiting for the radiator to split though. The Axle I'm not so much worried about but I do take it easy on it for the most part. But I won't pull people out with my truck, unless it was a last resort kinda thing. I have a TJ that is my 4x vehicle now so I'm taking my lift off and going back to stock size tires in anticipation of getting a 24' box trailer that I'm going to convert into a toy hauler. Probably get rid of the T in 24 months or so for a 3/4 ton, we'll see.

This past winter when we had the big snow storm I get a call from my son says to help him and his friend they were stuck
in two feet of snow. His friend drives a Toyota Tacoma and they were stuck in the two feet of snow really bad. I came
up and attached the chains and after about two pulls I gunned it and they came flying out of the snow, my Titan is a beast!

I actually did pull out of a young woman....uh humm, I mean pull a young woman out last winter. She was in the ditch behind my house...Made it all the way from Jersey to my house, which is 15 minutes from hers. I thought her rented Stratus felt heavy, Lol....It was in park the whole time while she gave it gas to help me help her out!
